I received the package earlier in the week- thank you! The cards look fantastic. More beautiful than I had imagined the final 
result to be. A few of the printed envelopes came out with some ink spots, but overall I am very satisfied with the invitations. You also might want to consider doing something about the very strong chemical odor (the cards smell of mothballs). I realize that this might have been a reaction to some earlier complaints of the cards smelling like 
spices, but I believe the smell of spices is much more preferable to that of chemicals. However, these are all minor setbacks. Overall, I believe your service to be a very efficient and affordable one. Thank you again.

We have received the cards that were shipped and I must say that we are really impressed with the quality and efficiency of your company. The cards are just as promised with no mistakes and look really elegant. You did an excellent job. We have already recommended your website to 3 other people whose wedding will be coming up in the next year.

The only suggestion that I can think of is in regards to the envelope that are included. The tissue type
material is good for the cover of the card itself, but maybe not the envelope. It seems a bit flimsy to mail
by itself. But this is easily remedied by enclosing in a larger envelope. This is not a complaint, just a
suggestion...

The cards have been delivered. I think the cards look great! I love the gold printing on the inserts.The only negative comment I have is that some of the cards have marks or heavy imprints on the lotus design on the front of the cards.
These should have been replaced with ones in good condition. But overall, I love it and I appreciate that you have

Please forgive my delay in responding. The card arrived on Wednesday the 10th. They were beautiful,and I set myself immediately to addressing them and mailing them out. Already, I am receiving responses..... some friends have called and said they had never gotten an invitation that was so beautiful -so they just had to call right away. Others have
said that parts of the envelop had ripped in the mail - yet everything was inside.
Do you ship any other way than the fastest UPS? I would like to order in the future for other events or even cards to sell - but the shipping costs are way too high.

Your service is excellent.
I am quite satisfied with the job, except that on the main invitation card there is not sufficient space on top and bottom of text. Please see the original layout I had sent, where there was more space on top and bottom. On the cards received, this margin is very much reduced - making for a "crowded" edge to edge layout.
It is my fault for not noticing this in the jpg attachments - but it is not so obvoius there. A slighlty lesser leading in text would maintain the type size and matter, and also make for a better layout.
Other things are quite satisfactory.

Dear Ajay and

Thank you so much for the invitations the finish is of a high standard
and the quality is exceptional.  I cannot wait to show my fiance who
lives in Barbados West Indies.  There is one issue that I need to
discuss is that I was not aware that I was expected to pay an
additional £35 on delivery of these card which was disappointing.  Can
you advise why this was not explained.

I have now received the cards and begun sending and giving them to our
guests.

I am really delighted with how they have come out, and what is really good
is that everyone who has seen them has said how beautiful they are, and how
they are so unlike any invitations they have seen before. Everyone is very
impressed by the quality of the printing and how lovely the whole invitation
package looks.

I am particularly pleased with how well the logo design came up. Thank you
all for the trouble you took through eight rounds of proofing to make sure
it was exactly as I wanted the package to look.

Jewish wedding cards do not usually look anything like this. They are often
rather boring and nothing like as lovely as your designs. As one of my
guests said when she opened the invitation, "I think you may start a trend
here."

There is only one thing I would raise as a way you might improve the
service. I wish you had emailed me the same day UPS took your package,
instead of leaving it till Friday.If I had had the UPS ref I could have
checked out the arrival day and known that it  was going to be Friday. As it
was, I was away from home most of Friday, and missed the delivery. By the
time I got home, they would not allow me to come to their depot to pick the
package up.

UPS only works Monday to Friday, which I think is a poor delivery service.
Even our very inefficient national Post Office works on Saturday.
So I only got the package on Monday, which was an extra two days delay.
Maybe you could look at another carrier service which works at least six
days a week-- we customers pay enough as it is for the delivery. It is very
disappointing and frustrating to have such a delay as a result of their
surprisingly limited delivery and administrative working hours.

The cards are wonderful, and the response from all the people who have
received them makes it really worthwhile. And the cost was far less than
having much less beautiful invitations--without hand-made paper- printed in
the UK.

Hi,

All was well with the cards and printing. The US party liked it very much. The plastic outer envelope with US pack is okay. I checked with their width and it being 3/4 mm wider the cards could be inserted in it.  
The India covers being short we did not use these. We posted without these covers. No issues.

I just wanted to let you know that I have received the invitations. They are absolutely beautiful.

I am extremely impressed with the overall product.

I would highly recommend using your services in the future. This has been a great experience.

Your correspondence back and forth answering all my issues were terrific.

I have only one problem that I am trying to resolve. The exterior box that the invitation is being sent to my guests & the RSVP cards have no adhesive on them. 

You inclosed a seal for this purpose but it does not seem to adhere well to either on of these envelopes. I am extremely concerned that when mailed out they will open in the process of shipping.

I would appreciate any advise you have for ceiling these envelopes up. This could be a disaster for me. 

This is something that you need to disclose to your customers. I am assuming that you have

adhesive that could have been put on. Had I known I would have asked you to include it in the

Process.  

Please advise as to how your other customers have sealed these envelopes. Please let me know of

any solutions you may have for this problem.

I really would like to express my sincere thanks for helping arrange proof and ship our wedding invites. 

You and your team have been fantastic. 

Our invites arrived on Monday 15 January,  just a few days after we placed the order.

Everything was immaculately and safely packed,  I was worried that the invites might get damaged on the way over,  but they arrived still absolutely perfect. 

The paper quality is excellent, exactly what we had hoped for and the detailed screen printing is second to none. The colours online are so close to the actual paper it is amazing. An excellent product over all.   

But the best part about the whole process was your service.  Always professional and quick.  I would go as far as to say that it has been the best service I have had in years and most defiantly the best online services ever! 

I really believe that our wedding invites are going to be the best that any of our friends and family has ever seen.   Even though you printed and put them all together a I still feel like I created them because I got to be so involved in the way they looked through your proofing process. 

I was very nervous about ordering our invites online, especially from a company out side the UK,  but I can and will recommend you to everyone I know that ever needs cards or invites printed.

The only thing is that both packages of cards had damage to the corners of the envelopes, but the invitations were fine.  This was despite the packaging.  (Not sure how it happened, but you may want to look into how you package them in the future.)  Thank you so much again and we will definitely do business with you in the future!

We received the cards.  Everything came out fine.  Although it is not your fault, the reply cards are see-through so you can see what is inside it.  It looks a little odd. 

Although we were happy with the overall service, your cards were quite expensive.  Most people go to India to save some money, but they were as costly as purchasing them here.  My relatives showed your cards to some other vendors in South India before bring them back. That vendor would have been able to produce the exact same cards for around $250 which is $450 less than we had paid.  I would like to refer your firm to the large South Indian community here in America, but I would think they can save considerably more with this other vendor. 

Sorry for the delayed response, but I just wanted to let you know that the cards were delivererd to all the locations on time and in perfect condition. There was no damage to the cards and they look great. Also, I appreciate the extra effort your courier took to hand deliver the cards to my aunt's house in Mumbai during the rains. Thanks for all your help through this process. Planning for a wedding is stressful enough, so I greatly appreciate your patience through all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

However, although the quality of the cards and the printing is excellent, the arrangement of the inserts is odd in a sense that the map is page one and the invitation is page two. We wish you would have asked our opinion about this kind of arrangement before the cards were printed. We are now switching the inserts to read the invitation first which takes away some of the beauty. All said and done, we are happy with the aesthetic look and would recommend your work to others!

i have received the wedding invitations we all worked so hard to create.  i have been very busy sending them to the guests and have not taken the time to thank you for a job well done.  they are beautiful, and just what i was hoping for.  i have received many compliments on the design and the papers, and i think people are surprised by the size, weight, color and beauty.   

i enjoyed working with you and would certainly recommend your company to anyone needing invitations.  i appreciated your desire to please.   

i will make two comments that perhaps you will find useful.  in the usa, we expect the envelopes to have glue on them for sealing.  you might want to clarify that in india, they don't, in your descriptions.  also, the ink has a strong chemical odor.  perhaps you might want to suggest that people open and air out the cards immediately upon receipt, to avoid sending an odiferous invitation.  overall, i am very satisfied.

Hi, we received our program cards via dhl. They are beautiful. I must thank you again for the wonderful work you did for us. I also, want to let you know that shipping with DHL provides a much better service than UPS. I received my packages on a day it was raining, they were nice enough to wrap it so it would not get wet and it only took a matter of 3 days to get here unlike with UPS it took 10 days.  

I will recommend more business to you all. I have not received pics of the wedding gears you all have as yet.
